Toulouse National Veterinary School

Without interruption, we have served society by training a third then a quarter of France's verterinarians. We are proud to have been the home to some of the greatest names in the profession, clinicians, researchers, professors, industrialists and decision-makers alike.

As top-level biologists, veterinarians are trained in medicine whether for companion animals, sports and leisure animals or production animals. As a livestock breeder who both provides food and contributes to regional development, the veterinarian is also the guarantor of Public Health, that is everything from the animal, its products andto  its environment, that affects human health and well-being.

A school open to a modern environment

Via our clinical activities, our school is open to its urban environment and the rural environment of the south-west. Over the years we have acquired an international reknown through our research activities led in partnership with research insitutes (INRAE, INSERM) or teams from Toulouse University.
